Popular Nigerian child comedienne, Emmanuella Samuel, aka Emmanuella, has received an unprecedented invitation by the Senate president Bukola Saraki, following her revelation on social media that she is set to feature in a Hollywood Disney movie.
She took to her Instagram account on Sunday, February 18 to make the big announcement that she has landed a deal with Disney Studios.
“Thanks @disneystudios God bless everyone whose support has added to bringing us here. I never dreamed of being here so soon. I miss Success. I love you all.” her post read.
“We will talk about the great man I’m standing with later. Now Biko can somebody tell the costume department to please package me well. Worris dis? What character am I playing today? “Ngkbeke in America?”
Reacting to the news, Saraki tweeted “Your story is an inspiration. Come by the @NGRSenate sometime, let’s discuss how we can develop the potential of our young talents in the creative industry.”
“Congratulations Emmanuella! Make sure you make them laugh over there.”
Since her venture into Nigerian Youtube space, with the popular Mark Angel Comedy show, her fan base has enjoyed so much growth making her one of the first African Comedy Channel to hit 1million subscribers on YouTube.
In 2016, videos that Emmanuella featured in were ranked amongst the 10 most popular videos on YouTube.
The Instagram account @officialemanuella although unverified displayed pictures of her on set at Disney Studios. She also appreciated those who have given her comedy career support.
The Child comedy superstar clocked seven years old in July 2017.
