Nigerian music act, song writer, performer and record label owner, Harrison Tare Okri popularly known by his stage name, Harrysong has slammed the Governor of Delta state for doing very little to address the recurring communal clashes in the state, especially the violent clash involving Ogbe Ijaws and Aladja communities.

The organizers of Grammy Awards on Tuesday released the 2017 list of nominees for the various categories. At nearly 49 years old, Jay-Z and his 13th studio album, “4:44,” lead the nominees with eight. He’s followed by Kendrick Lamar, whose “DAMN.” album scored seven; Bruno Mars with six; and Childish Gambino (aka actor Donald Glover), newcomers SZA and Khalid, and producer No I.D. (who worked on “4:44”) with five each.

The recent ‘Manya’ video released by Ayo Balogun, popularly known in the entertainment industry as Wizkid has been taken down by Youtube. Although no reason was immediately given for the removal of the video from the platform, many speculated on Wednesday that the removal may have been based on prohibited content or likely breach of Youtube policy.
