Fast-rising Nigerian musician, Fireboy topped the winners' list of the 14th edition of the Headies Awards with five awards in a unique pre-recorded virtual ceremony due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The awards ceremony took place on Sunday at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos with exhilarating performances by some of Nigeria’s popular musicians including Chike, Joeboy, Laycon as well as the man of the night, Fireboy.
The event which celebrated outstanding musicians and artists was hosted by Comedian, Bovi, and Actress and media personality, Nancy Isime.
Celebrities in attendance, include 2Baba, Sound Sultan, Wizkid, Idia Aisien, Fireboy, Bad Boy Timz, Omah Lay, Mayorkun, and Annie Idibia among others.
