Nigerian singer, good governance crusader and leader of "Our Mumu Don Do" movement, Charles Oputa popularly known as Charly Boy has taken a swipe at the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki few hours after he apologized for posting erroneous information about him. In his latest post, Charly Boy accused Nigerian politicians including the Senate President of failing Nigerians, describing them as enemies of the people. His post read;

“Yes, I apologised. I still maintain that most Nigerian leaders including the Senate President, have failed the Nigerian people, that most Naija politicians are the enemies of the people. They all should do a sober reflection and begin to act more responsibly before yawa go burst.”

Charly Boy had posted a picture of the Senate President where he was cleaning his muddy trouser and claimed that he was chased and attacked by Kwara youths. He stressed that that was the beginning of more to come. However, when he was told that the picture was taken in a riverine area in Port Harcour where the Senate President had gone on an oversight function, he deleted the post and tendered unreserved apology.
