Pope Francis Set To Declare 35 New Saints

Pope Francis will declare 33 martyrs and 2 others from Brazil, Mexico, Spain and Italy, as the Catholic Church’s new saints on Sunday at a Canonization Mass in Rome’s St. Peter’s Square.

Police in the UK says the incident in front of the Natural History Museum in London, that involved a car ploughing into pedestrians and vehicles is not terror-related. The incident left 11 people injured and the man responsible has been arrested after he was treated for minor injuries.

The Metropolitan police said on Saturday a number of pedestrians had been injured near the city’s Natural History Museum after a car ran into the pedestrian pavement. Report said a man was detained by the police at the scene and the car was seen mounted on the pavement outside the tourist attraction. Police described the incident in the South Kensington area of west London as a collision and said the motive for the incident was under investigation.
