The Federal High Court sitting in Maitama FCT Abuja has today ordered the suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as the National Party Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC). The presiding Judge, Justice Danlami Senchi gave the ordered that Oshiomhole should excuse the party and stop parading himself as the National Chairman of the ruling party pending the determination of the case instituted against him praying for his total removal.

Accordingly, vigil360 reported sometimes back that the court halted his removal sometimes in January as it denied the Ex parte order filled by Salihu Ojezua and other party members.

Damian D. Dodo (SAN) who is a counsel to Oshiomhole noted that they were not served where he drew the court attention to the memorandum of appearance and undertaking to accept service of process on behalf of the first and second defendant.

Adams Oshiomhole, the now-suspended national Chairman of the APC was earlier warned to desist from convening the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the party or he resign without further delay.

The call followed the alleged numerous internal crises faced by the party in a wake of losing many states to the opposition because of his poor leadership.
