PTAD Announces New Directors

Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate, PTAD, has announced the appointment of Mrs. Ndidi Egwuatu as Director, Civil Service Pension Department and Mrs. Olufunmilayo Onafowokan as Director, Pension Support Service Department.

The Directorate said in a statement on Wednesday, that the appointments are to reposition it for better service delivery.

According to the statement, Mrs. Egwuatu has a Masters degree in International Law and Diplomacy was until her appointment, an acting Chief Risk Officer while Mrs. Onafowokan who is a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria has had various experiences in financial control and auditing in the private sector and educational service.

Both appointments are with immediate effect.

The Directorate also confirmed as substantive Directors, Babagana Kaigama, Charles Wali and Sulayman Yusuff-Shelleng, in charge of Police Pension Department, Parastatals Pension Department and Corporate Services Department respectively.

The statement assured of PTAD’s sustained commitment to fulfilling its responsibilities to pensioners under the Defined Benefit Scheme (DBS).
