Sani Danladi, a former Acting Governor of Taraba state has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the All Progressives Congress (APC). Danladi and his supporters who made their decision known yesterday will today in his Bachama Ward, Karim Lamido Local Government Area, formally announce his defection and register with the APC.

Speaking to newsmen in Jalingo, Danladi said;

“We are on our way to my local government where I will defect to APC, from ward level to local before state,” the former acting governor told Premium Times.

“I’m not at loggerheads with anyone, but politics is all about interest. This is where my people want me to go and bring change to the political landscape of our dear state."

He however debunked reports that he is at loggerheads with Governor Darius Ishaku.
