Juventus Confirms Super Falcon Midfielder Echegini On a Two Year Deal

Italian Club Juventus FC has publicized the signing of the 22-year-old Nigerian Super Falcon midfielder, Jennifer Echegini for a two-and-a-half-year contract to play for the women's team from the Florida State Seminoles, a well-known American football club. The club in a statement on their website on Thursday, 4 January 2024, said Echegini signed a contract until 30 June 2026 and will wear the number 26 shirt. Echegini was born in the Netherlands and raised in England, arrived at Juventus from Florida State Seminoles, in the United States of America. She was among the finalists of the MAC Hermann, the most prestigious award in US university football.

AFCON 2023: We Will Fight To Win The Tournament – Peseiro

Super Eagles manager, Jose Peseiro, has stated that his team will do everything possible to be victorious in the 2023 African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast. Peseiro who announced his 25-man squad for the tournament conceded that Eagles are in tough group, “with the likes of Ivory Coast it is definitely going to be tough,” Peseiro said.

Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro has named Ahis final 25-man squad for the forthcoming African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cote’d’Ivoire. Peseiro will be heading to the tournament which is billed to run from Saturday, 13 January to 11 February 2024, with three (3) goalkeepers, eight (8) defenders, six (6) midfielders, and eight (8) forwards.
