Guardiola, Klopp And Pochettino Named On Three-man Shortlist For Best Men's Coach Award

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp, and Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino make up the three-man shortlist in the men's coach category in the FIFA awards.

According to Dailymail, the news was announced on Monday morning following spectacular seasons with their respective clubs last season.

 

While Klopp won the Champions League with Liverpool by beating Tottenham in Madrid, Mauricio Pochettino guided Spurs to their first-ever final.
Guardiola, on the other hand, led City to back-to-back Premier League titles last season as they pipped Liverpool after amassing a staggering 98 points.

 

The shortlist means a complete sweep for the Premier League following a fantastic season for English clubs in Europe.
