Conor McGregor, popularly known as 'The Notorious McGregor", has revealed that the forthcoming bout with Floyd Mayweather would earn him over $100 million. The Irish Martial artist made this known in an interview with Ariel Helwani for MMAFighting. According to him
I'm going to get over 100 million dollars (85.5m euros) clean. I'm 100% sure I'll improve on Pacquiao's raise against Mayweather. I'll do it with the sale of tickets and merchandising" he added.

Former heavyweight world champion, Wladimir Klitschko has announced his retirement from boxing, today. The 41-year-old Ukrainian made the announcement on his website and posted a video on his Twitter account after his website server broke down.
In the video, he said, “twenty-seven years ago I started my journey, and it was the best choice of profession I could have ever made.”

Former boxer, Amir Khan has apologized to British Heavy Weight champion, Anthony Joshua for wrongly accusing him of having an amorous relationship with his ex-wife Faryal Makhdoom. Last week Khan had in a series of tweets indicated his resolve to divorce his wife and accused Joshua of being in a relationship with her. One of the tweets reads.

World Boxing Organization (WBO) has rejected calls from Manny Pacquiao and the Games and Amusement Board (GAB), the regulatory body of professional sport in the Philippines to review the controversial points decision that saw Australia’s Jeff Horn defeat the Filipino in the welterweight world title in Brisbane on Sunday.

Eight-time world boxing champion Manny Pacquiao has said he will “think hard” about retiring after his stunning and controversial defeat to unheralded Australian challenger Jeff Horn.  Arriving home in the Philippines a day after losing his World Boxing Organization welterweight title in a major upset in Brisbane, Australia on Sunday, the 38-year-old Pacquiao said he was thinking about hanging up his gloves for good.
