Joseph Parker has told Anthony Joshua he would inflict a 'lot of damage' on him when they both meet on March 31 in a unification bout billed to be held at Principality Stadium in Cardiff. According to Sky Sports, the WBO champion insists he is not concerned about travelling to Britain to face Joshua, the WBA 'super' and IBF title holder, at the Principality Stadium. Parker, who expressed relief after lengthy negotiations for the fight, sent out a warning to Joshua ahead of their press conference this week.
"We're here for business. It's finally done now, so I'm looking forward to getting back to training. Obviously training hard, putting in the work, and then coming with my team to put on a good show in March.
I can do a lot of damage. I feel like it's my time. He thinks it's his time, so it's just about who trains hardest, who wants it more and we're both going to put our undefeated records on the line. May the best champion win."
