Kelechi Nwakali has reportedly returned to Arsenal Football Club after spending last season on loan with Maastricht, a Dutch side. Following his return, the 19-year-old Nigerian international visited Arsenal Coach, Arsene Wenger on Wednesday to restate his readiness to fight for a place in the club next season.

Emmanuel Emenike

Nigerian striker and 2013 AFCON winner, Emmanuel Emenike has joined Greek champions Olympiacos from Turkish side Fenerbahce on a two-year deal for a transfer fee of €2m.

Barcelona striker Lionel Messi has agreed a contract extension which will keep him at the club until 2021, according to BBC. "The club is very happy with the renewal and commitment of Messi, the best player in history," said the La Liga club.

Alexandre Lacazette has joined Arsenal in a club record €60m (£52.7m) deal and signed a five-year contract with the Premier League side.

Former Chelsea Captain, John Terry has officially joined Aston Villa after becoming a free agent on July 1. The club's owner, Dr. Tony Xia confirmed the development on Monday via his Twitter handle @Dr_TonyXia.
