Bill Gates Quits Microsoft Board Amid Divorce

Co-founder and CEO of Microsoft William Henry Gates III have been advised by Microsoft Corp. board members to step down from its board after an investigation led into the billionaire’s prior romantic relationship with a female Microsoft employee that was deemed inappropriate. Some Microsoft directors began an investigation in 2019 into woman’s allegations of prior sexual relationship with Bill Gates. During the probe, some board members decided it was no longer suitable for Mr Gates to sit as a director at the software company he started and led for decades, the people said.

NASA picked Elon Musk’s SpaceX to receive $2.9 billion to build a lunar lander as part of the Artemis mission to send humans to the Moon by 2024, the agency announced today. It’s a major vote of confidence in SpaceX from NASA — as no other company received the money. The contract between NASA and SpaceX is expected to be signed on May 1.

Reddit To Buy TikTok Rival Dubsmash

American Social network firm, Reddit has on Sunday disclosed that it would buy a short-video platform, Dubsmash, expanding to compete with Chinese-owned TikTok. According to Reuters, Reddit said the terms of the acquisition were based on a combination of cash and stock.
