Ogun Police Arrest Singer Portable After 72hour Ultimatum

Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable has been arrested by the Ogun State command of the Nigeria Police, after exceeding the 72 hours ultimatum issued to the controversial singer to report himself to the nearest police station or face being arrested. Reacting to Portable’s arrest on Friday, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, confirmed that the controversial singer had been arrested and was cooling off his feet at the State Police Headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta, where he would remain till Monday and then charged to court.

Oscars 2023: “Everything Everywhere All At Once” Dominates Awards

The 2023 Academy Awards took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, with the Movie “Everything Everywhere All At Once” dominating the wins. “Naatu Naatu” song from RRR, with music by MM Keeravaani and lyrics by Chandrabose charted history by becoming the first Indian track to win the Academy Award in the Best Original Song category. South African Rapper AKA Shot Dead In Durban

A footage has emerged which shows the late rapper, AKA sprawled on the street after being riddled with bullets in a drive-by shooting in Durban, South Africa. Prior to his death, the rapper whose real name was Kiernan Forbes, and who is said to be one of SA’s leading rappers was said to have flown into Durban from his Johannesburg residence for his birthday party on Friday which was planned to hold at Yugo Nightclub. It was learned that the fatal shooting had occurred after he posted about it on his social media pages and had invited fans to show up for the event. AKA was killed along with his close friend, the chef and entrepreneur Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane.
