BusinessDay named Haelsoft Digital Limited one of Nigeria's Top 100 Fastest Growing SMEs for 2025, highlighting the company's explosive growth in technology training and digital services. Michael Onyeka Ezeadichie, the founder and CEO of Inside Haelsoft and Haelsoft EdTech, has been providing software development, digital consulting, and online education solutions for more than ten years. According to Ezeadichie, the company's expansion is a result of recognizing gaps in digital preparedness and capabilities.
He stated, "We started as a digital services company, but the market quickly showed that the bigger gap was in skills, structures, and digital readiness." Addressing such gaps has been a major source of our development.
In response to growing employer demand for practical digital competency, Haelsoft's EdTech division now provides courses in software development, cybersecurity, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and data science.
The company joined up with Heligande in 2025 to offer family-owned companies advising help with an emphasis on strategy execution, operational restructuring, and digital adoption.
According to Ezeadichie, "many companies recognize the need to transform, but the real challenge is knowing where to begin and how to sustain the process." Our collaboration with Heligande became crucial at that point.
Ezeadichie characterized the BusinessDay award, which she received on December 4, 2025, as a standard rather than a celebration. He explained, "For us, the award is just data; it tells us we are moving in the right direction, but it also tells us how much more work is ahead."
The acknowledgment of Haelsoft underscores the increasing significance of technology-driven small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria's digital economy, as well as the influence of entrepreneurs with strong technical backgrounds on growth.
