After a 25-year of partnership with Nike, the Premier League has confirmed that Puma will be replacing NIKE as its official match ball supplier starting from the 2025-26 season. Recall during the summer of 2023, it was rumored that the Premier League was considering dumping Nike and transition to Puma once the American manufacturer’s contract expired this summer.

Nigeria’s U-17 girls a.k.a Flamingos, will today fly out of the country to South Africa for the first of their two-leg FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifying match against the U17 girls of South Africa, known as Bantwana. The match, for which the Confederation of African Football has selected Kenyan officials to superintend, will kick off at 3 pm South Africa time (2 pm Nigeria) on Saturday, 8th  March at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Pretoria, South Africa’s administrative capital.

Fulham have condemned racist abuse targeted against, Calvin Bassey following the victory of Emirates FA Cup against Manchester United at the Old Trafford yesterday. Bassey was racially and homophobic trolled on the social media after the game.
