Rodrigo Hernández Cascante, commonly known as Rodri, a football player for Manchester City, has left the club in a deal worth £65.4 million to Barcelona FC.

The Spanish World Cup and 2024 Ballon d'Or winner reportedly signed to Barcelona FC until 2030.

He said, “I'm very happy and excited about this new stage in my career. It's a fresh challenge, a chance to experience new things and feel that excitement again.

"I've come to a hugely ambitious club that really suits my personality, so I'll try to help in every way I can to achieve our objectives this season."

Rodri, 30, leaves Manchester City after seven seasons with four Premier League titles, two FA Cups, three EFL titles and the Champions League in 2023.
