Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr has disclosed that agents of some players in Nigeria, Europe and Asia were offering him bribe to include them in the Super Eagles squad. Rohr who made the disclosure after an emergency meeting with members of the Technical Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) stated that he flatly rejected such offers.
Egyptian born AS Roma striker, Mohammed Salah is set to undergo medicals on Tuesday at Anfield ahead of an agreed transfer to Liverpool. According to Kingfut, an Egyptian tabloid, Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool Coach has been a long admirer of Salah and has requested the board to secure his signature. Eight teams will participate in the Fifa organised Confederation Cup 2017 tournament. The 2017 Confederations Cup will take place in host country Russia from 17 June to 2 July, 2017. The Confederations Cup acts as a test event before the 2018 World Cup, also to be hosted in Russia.
