Following the slated clash against Arsenal at the Emirates stadium today, Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp is confident that Mohammed Salah will drive home their victory in the game. Liverpool will be playing away at the Emirate with the Gunners who will be aiming to win to move up the table in the league. According to some analysts, since Mane left the Reds, they have struggled with difficulties since the start of the season winning only twice so far in the league emerging with only 11 points behind Mikel Arteta’s team even though with the game at hand with gunners.
Klopp though admitted is going to be a tough match for his boys but has kept hope alive banking on Salah as his teammates have stepped up their game.
Klopp said, “With Mo, I hope it’s like us, we are close to exploding,” “Even when his goal-scoring numbers aren’t crazy, his goal involvements are good.
Singing praises of his player, he added, “His passing is good. Nobody can cope with the [Erling] Haaland situation; it’s crazy what he’s doing. The exceptional player in an exceptional team and we shouldn’t compare anyone with that.”
“Mo wants to score goals desperately. Call him in 20 years, it will be the same.
“Arsenal was always there, City was always there with Manuel Pellegrini when I first arrived, I think,” he said. “Their football is now better, quicker, and more intense.
“If you are a top manager, you arrive here pretty much in a year. Top-class managers all around make it more difficult.
“I’m pretty sure Arsenal fans are pretty happy with the situation they now find themselves in.
