Barcelona's all-time second most expensive signing Ousmane Dembele has picked up another injury and could miss the visit to Chelsea next month having been ruled out for a period of three to four weeks. According to Marca, the France International suffered a fibrillar rupture to his left thigh, a separate injury to the one which kept him out from September to January.
Dembele had replaced Paulinho in the 20th minute of the second half in the recent LaLiga match with Real Sociedad but was forced to leave the pitch after complaining of discomfort in the hamstring that had previously been injured.
The recent injury makes it the second time in a week that that the France forward would feel discomfort. Recall that after the Copa del Rey tie with Celta Vigo he also left the pitch in pain.
Until Philippe Coutinho's arrival, Dembele was the club's record signing. He has managed to play just four games since signing for the Catalan giants.
