Arsenal Coach, Arsene Wenger has warned clubs seeking to woo Alexis Sanchez out of Emirate Stadium to stay off, as the Chilean International is not for sale. According to Sky Sports, Wenger made the statement while reacting to comments credited to Sanchez in Chilean newspapers.

Sanchez was reported to have told Chilean media that he wants to leave Arsenal in other to play in the Champions league which Arsenal failed to qualify after finishing fifth position on the log.

According to Wenger “the decision has been made and we will stick to that. The decision is not to sell.”

“I don’t give too much importance to things that are translated, you know. The whole interview that I got didn’t really mean that. The main focus for us is to concentrate on the Premier League and the Premier League for me today is more important than the Champions League” He added

Sanchez is currently targeted by some European clubs including Manchester City, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain among others.
