In the current ongoing transfer window, Chelsea is offering to swap two of its players in a swap deal for Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho this summer. According to The Athletic (via Football365), the Stamford Bridge club is offering both Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku to Manchester United as part of the proposed transfer.
The Red Devils were eyeing completing Garnacho’s transfer for a huge sum, but Chelsea is keen on lowering the asking price for exchange for two players.
Ruben Amorim’s sides have already completed the signing of Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo and are keen on adding more strength to their attacking line.
This is coming as Garnacho has already attracted interest from Napoli this summer, but the Serie A giants find the £45 million price tag on the player on the high side.
The Argentina international, however, is eager to stay in England and continue his career.
The 21-year-old joined Man United from Atletico Madrid in 2020 and was promoted to the club’s first team just two years after joining the club.
