Despite the juicy offer from the Saudi Club, Al-Hilal, Napoli President, Aurelio de Laurentiis, has once again recapitulated the club's desire to keep the Nigerian forward, Victor Osimhen at the club. Osimhen was also linked to many top-flight clubs across Europe; the likes of Man United, Chelsea, and Bayern Munich among others have shown interest earlier this summer.
However, De Laurentiis, stated that the Partenopei will not sell their talismanic forward.
He said, “Osimhen will stay here. He won’t leave,”
“He’s under contract until June 2025, where should he go? Contracts should be respected. We have been on the same page with Osimhen since day one. Don’t be worried." De Laurentiis concluded.
