Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal have all qualified for the quarter-final of this year's champions league and Europa League competition, although a tricky fixture awaits them in the next round. Liverpool has been drawn against Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-finals, a repeat of 2018 final, while Chelsea and Manchester City will take on Porto and Borussia Dortmund respectively with holders Bayern Munich facing last year’s beaten finalists Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
In Europa League, after the elimination of Tottenham Hotspur by Dinamo Zagreb, only two English teams progressed to the final 8. Arsenal and United will face Salvia Prague and Granada CF.
The Champions League quarter-finals first leg will take place on April 6/7 while the second leg will be on April 13/14 while the semi-final will be on 27/28th April and May 4/5. The final will take place on Saturday, May 29 at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey, the stage of Liverpool's infamous 'Miracle of Istanbul' comeback victory over AC Milan in the 2005 Champions League final.
On the other hand, the first leg of the Europa League matches will be played on Thursday, April 8, and the second legs will take place the week after, on Thursday, April 15. The Europa League semi-finals will be played on April 29, (first leg) and May 6 (second leg). The final will then be played on Wednesday, May 26, with the Gdansk Arena in Poland hosting.
