The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) conducted this year’s Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) mock on Thursday in 725 centers nationwide. The Board also apologized for any hitches experienced by candidates during the examination. This was disclosed in a statement by Dr. Fabian Benjamin, JAMB’s Head of Public Affairs and Protocol.
The statement reads, “The exercise witnessed hitches in a few centers with some candidates unable to sit for the examination. The Board will look at all issues thrown up by the mock exercise according for a better and enhanced exercise.
“The Board will want to use this opportunity to apologize to all candidates for any inconvenience they may have experienced on account of this.”
Recall that JAMB shifted its earlier scheduled date for the 2023 Mock-UTME from Thursday, March 16 to Thursday, 30 March 2023.
