Chelsea Football Club (CFC) has appointed Frank Lampard as its new manager. The club all-time top goal scorer signed a three-year deal to succeed Maurizio Sarri. In a statement released by the club, Lampard admitted that he was 'immensely proud' to return to Chelsea as head coach.

Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford has signed a new four-year contract worth a whopping £200k per week. Speaking to Skysports shortly after completing the deal, Rashford expressed appreciation to the manager for his enormous improvement, stressing that though he arrived the club at the age of seven, he has been shaped both as a player and person.

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Monday ordered the arrest of the President of Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Amaju Pinnick. The presiding judge, Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu reportedly gave the order after the case involving the NFF official was called and he was absent in court.
