Real Madrid has concluded plan not to offer Vinicius the same salary as his team-mate Kylian Mbappe. SER Deportivos reported that the Los Blancos was offering the Brazilian international instead, a one year to improve his skills on the field of play and then come back to negotiate a new salary plan otherwise, the player will be sold.

This is coming on the heel of failure of the Spanish LaLiga giants and Vinicius to strike a contract renewal earlier this month.

Although, the Madrid and Vinicius nearly concluded a new contract agreement, however, the player’s was demanding what is near impossible for the club to afford.

Vinicius has been asking Madrid for a €30m package salary plus renewal bonus for months now.

The 25-year-old attacker has refused to shift ground on his demands and which is staling the negotiations in the last one months.

Vinicius, whose contract with Madrid will expire in June 2027, joined the Santiago Bernabeu club from Brazilian side Flamengo back in 2018.

However, it’s yet to be seen if Vinicius and Real Madrid will be able to strike an agreement in the coming days.
