The panel set up by the Defence Headquarters to investigate the killing of three police officers and civilian in Taraba State by soldiers on Wednesday visited Governor Darius Ishaku.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has on Wednesday arraigned Abdullahi Babalele, son-in-law of Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar on a two-count charge of money laundering. The charge accuses Babalele of laundering $140,000in February, leading up to the 2019 general elections.

Emerging report has it that,an Indian-based Muslim group, Anjuman e-Haideri, has offered to bear the full medical cost of treating the 66 years old leader of the proscribed Islamic Movement in Nigeria, (IMN), Sheikh IbraheemYakubEl-Zakzaky and his wife, Zeenat. The two are said to be suffering from Ischaemic heart disease, chronic hypertension, right eye severe visual impairment with progressive open glaucoma, mental toxicity and lead poisoning.
