Matching words with action, the Federal Government has published in its official gazette the court order proscribing the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), also known as Shi’ites. Recall that the Federal High Court in Abuja had issued the proscription order on July 26th, ordering the Federal Government to publish the order in its gazette and in two national dailies.
Famous Islamic scholar, Sheikh Dr Ahmad Gumi on Monday, 22nd July 2019 lost his daughter, Maryam Ahmad Gumi. It was gathered that she died after battling with sickle cell anaemia.
The first Batch of 2019 Hajj Pilgrimage with a total of 1,529 Muslim pilgrims was on Saturday airlifted from Kaduna, Kano and Lagos States to Saudi Arabia.
