The All Progressives Congress (APC), Kebbi State chapter, has suspended Kabir Sani-Giant, Special Adviser to Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris on Power and Politics, for allegedly bringing a snake to Government House and intimidating guests with it. The suspension which takes immediate effect was announced in a statement signed by the party’s State Secretary, Alhaji Sa’idu Muhammad-Kimba in Birnin Kebbi on Sunday.
In the statement, Muhammad-Kimba said that on February 8, 2025, Sani-Giant brought a snake to Government House, intimidating dignitaries, statesmen, and officials.
He further noted that Sani-Giant conduct could embarrass and discredit the Party (APC).
Speaking further he said Sani-Giant’s actions violated APC’s constitution describing his behaviour as offensive and embarrassing.
“His suspension remains in place pending further investigation and possible disciplinary action, which could lead to expulsion if repeated,” Muhammad-Kimba said.
