Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk has addressed growing speculation surrounding the future of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen amid reports linking the forward with a move away from the Turkish champions this summer. Osimhen has attracted interest from several top European clubs, including Barcelona, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Atletico Madrid, Juventus and Chelsea.

Speaking on the uncertainty surrounding the striker's future, Buruk insisted that no discussions regarding a potential departure have reached the club.

“No such issue has come to us,” Buruk said, according to Forza Cimbom.

“There is nothing at the moment. Hopefully, he will continue his path at Galatasaray.”

Buruk's comments come amid reports claiming that Galatasaray turned down a substantial offer from Atletico Madrid for the Nigeria international.

Osimhen played a key role in Galatasaray’s successful title defence last season, helping the club secure a second consecutive Turkish Super Lig crown and further enhancing his reputation as one of Europe's most sought-after forwards.
