Former Manchester City academy midfielder and Flying Eagles midfielder Tom Dele Bashiru has joined English Premier League club Watford on a six-year contract as a free agent.
The Manchester-born midfielder who played for City’s first-team in the Carabao Cup tie against Leicester last season left Manchester City after deciding not to extend his contract.
According to Watford who made the announcement on 24th of July 2019, has stated that Dele Bashiru will be part of the Hornets’ senior plans, with the club announcing him as their second first-team recruit this summer after the signing of Craig Dawson from West Brom.
This move is well appreciated by many Super Eagles fans as they see Him becoming the next number ten for the super eagles.
