The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC has dismissed reports accredited to them that they are seeking permission of federal government to bear arm to do their job. The Assistant Corp Marshal of the corps Public Education Officer, Bisi Kazeem made this known, while calling on the general public to disregard the rumor as it was unfounded.

The Muslim Right Concern, MURIC has expressed concern over news accredited to the minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike against his planned security deal with Israeli security experts in Abuja and environs. Leader of the MURIC, Prof. Ishaq Akintola made the call yesterday Thursday in a statement saying that Wike’s move was a wrong calculation.

The Senate on Thursday resolved to summon all the security chiefs over worsening insecurity and the incessant abduction of university students in different parts of the country.
