The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has approved the appointment of five new permanent Secretaries in the Federal Civil Service, including Ibrahim Abdul Karim Ozi (Federal Capital Territory); Ezemama John Chidiebere (Imo State); Garba Abdul Sule Usman (North Central Geo-Political Zone); Mohammed Musa Ishiyaku (North East Geo-Political Zone), and Ukaire Binyerem Chigbowu (South East Geo-Political Zone).


The appointments followed a rigorous and transparent selection process in line with the administration’s commitment to meritocracy and excellence

While speaking, the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, congratulated the appointees and commended President Tinubu for his tenacious commitment to promoting professionalism,       transparency, and competence in the service.

She further noted that the new appointees are expected to bring in their wealth of experience and expertise to strengthen service delivery and propagate the agenda of the government.
