Anthony Joshua in his abilities have erased every lingering doubt after the British superstar delivered a thunderous knockout of former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Friday, leading to his victory. It took Joshua less than two rounds to put away Ngannou and he did so in style with a pair of knockdowns before the emphatic final blow. Ngannou, 37, a former UFC heavyweight champion, was taking part in only his second professional boxing match having lost a split decision to Tyson Fury in October.

New Zealand-based Nigerian mixed martial arts fighter, Israel Adesanya has defended his UFC Middleweight title Champion after defeating Robert Whittaker in Sunday's rematch. Whittaker had a chance close but Adesanya won with a unanimous decision of 48-47, 48-47, 49-46, employing his height and powerful kicks, countering Whittaker's punches. “I knew he was gonna bring everything because last time I took everything away from him,” Adesanya said.

UFC Welterweight champion, Kamaru "The Nigerian Nightmare" Usman is set to defend his title for the fifth time when he faces rival, Colby Covington at the Madison Square Garden in New York on Sunday. This will be the second time the duo square up after Usman defeated Tyron Woodley in 2019 to retain his belt.
