Former Italy midfielder Andrea Pirlo has announced he is retiring from football after playing his last game for New York City.

The 38-year-old won 116 caps for Italy and helped them win the 2006 World Cup.

Michael Emenalo has resigned from his position as Chelsea technical director, the club has confirmed.

The 52-year-old Nigerian, one of owner Roman Abramovich's most trusted advisors, has left Chelsea after 10 years working across the scouting and technical departments amid reports of tensions between head coach Antonio Conte and the club's hierarchy.

Arsenal Manager, Arsene Wenger says referee Michael Oliver's poor decision during Sunday's clash with Manchester City was responsible for his defeat. According to Sky Sports, Wenger was unhappy with referee Michael Oliver's decision when Sterling went down in the box following a shove from Monreal, while the linesman failed to spot an offside David Silva, who set up City's third for Gabriel Jesus.

Brazil International, Willian claims Antonio Conte barely speaks to his Chelsea players apart from when he gives instructions on the training ground or during matches.  In an interview with UOL, Willian said;
