Eric Chelle, the Super Eagles' coach, has announced his tentative roster for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, or AFCON. On Tuesday, Chelle posted the list on the Super Eagles' official X account. Victor Osimhen, Lookman Ademola, and Tolu Arokodare are among those tasked with leading the attack.

Goalkeepers Maduka Okoye and Stanley Nwabali are also on the list.

The midfield consists of Alex Iwobi, Wilfred Ndidi, and Frank Onyeka.

The 2025 AFCON will begin later this month and finish in January 2026.
