Barcelona forward, Luiz Suarez says although winning the Sunday Clasico would provide the needed title boost, there are other challenges facing the club. The Uruguayan forward who has ended his goal drought netted twice at the Camp Nou in time to visit the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. In an interview with Moviestar, Suarez said "It would be a boost to win at the Bernabeu. However, there are other challengers. Valencia and Atletico Madrid are both pushing us."
Suarez could have had a hat-trick on another evening, his spectacular rabona effort was cleared off the line by the goalkeeper with referee, Mateu Lahoz refusing to award the goal.
"I've seen it clearly because I was on the line. It's more complicated for the linesman. I was just making clear my case.
"We've tried to put the ball in the net. Sometimes it's difficult. Sometimes the posts help you, other times they don't, the important thing is to continue working."
