President Muhammadu Buhari in the company of his Vice president Prof. Yemi was today joined by Service Chiefs in the country to commemorate the Armed forces Remembrance day in a colorful way. The Annual celebration is part of the Nigerian armed ritual that is been undertaken every 15th of January where armed forces converge in every state of the federation to remember their fallen heroes and lay wreaths in commemoration of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.
In Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory was not different as President Muhammadu Buhari presided over the ceremony today at Eagle square.
In his company was the vice president, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo; the Senate president, Ahmed Lawan; the speaker, House of Representative, Femi Gbajbiamila and the Chief Justice of the Federation, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola flanked with service chiefs and other dignitaries attended the celebration today.
