The National Judicial Council, (NJC) has reportedly removed the name of Justice Walter Onnoghen from the Council’s member list and replaced it with the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, as it acting chairman. The council list is made up of 23 members instead of the full membership of 24.
