Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Benjamin Hundeyin has been removed as the Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO) about 6 months after he was appointed.
Hundeyin was the former police PRO Lagos State prior to his appointment as FPRO in September 2025, succeeding Olumuyiwa Adejobi.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree in English from Lagos State University and a master’s degree in legal criminology and security psychology from the University of Ibadan.
FCT police spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh and Delta State police PRO, Bright Edafe are among those speculated to be handed the new position as FPRO.
