The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) has announced the full suspension of trading in the shares of MRS Oil Nigeria Plc, following the voluntary delisting of the company’s securities from the NGX.
The suspension, which took effect on July 25, 2025, aims to prevent any further trading in the company’s shares, which is in line with regulatory procedures.
According to reports, MRS Oil plans to transition to the NASD OTC Securities Exchange (NASD), following the decision by the company’s shareholders during its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on June 25, 2024.
