About 113 new cases of COVID-19 has been confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday. The NCDC via its Twitter handle revealed that a total of 14 States recorded new infections in the country in the last 24 hours. The health agency said, the 113 new cases brought the nation’s confirmed COVID-19 infection cases to a total of 61,307. It also mentioned that four persons died from complications resulting from the virus.
Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with 37, followed by Kaduna State with 16, and Ogun with 11.
Others are Plateau-11, Taraba-8, Rivers-7, FCT-6, Enugu-4, Niger -4, Edo-3, Delta-2 and Imo-2.
