Liver pool Manager, Jurgen Klopp and his Manchester City counterpart, Pep Guardiola, have kicked against the Premiere League new rule to revert substitute from five to three. Accordingly, five substitutes were the rule initially when matches resumed after the coronavirus pandemic to deal with the frantic schedules.
