Nigerian forward, Odion Ighalo has been nominated for the Manchester United Player of the Month Award for the month of March 2020.
Ighalo who since his signing has helped the team to win every match played with 2-0 against Burnley in January and 3-0 defeat against Derby County in the FA Cup this month.
Other contenders for the award include Bruno Fernandes, Harry Maguire and Fred.
Though the 30-year-old player is yet to play in a premier league match, there is no doubt he would not make an impact in future matches.
Meanwhile, the premier matches have been suspended till April 3, 2020, due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
