Brazil International, Willian claims Antonio Conte barely speaks to his Chelsea players apart from when he gives instructions on the training ground or during matches.  In an interview with UOL, Willian said;

"Conte keeps himself apart from the squad and there’s almost no conversation with the players. He gives the instructions in training and on the pitch but that is it. [What you see] in the game is what you know [laughs]." Chelsea Manager, Antonio Conte is currently under fire for his inconsistent start, losing to even smaller clubs. The development according to Marca has affected his relationship with Club owner, Roman Abramovich.

Willian disclosure adds credence to speculations that there could be dressing room crisis at Stanford Bridge. The Brazilian had compared Conte with Mourihno stressing that the later had personal relationship with players even off the pitch.  "Conte is a contrast to his opposite number at United. There is not much communication from the Chelsea boss outside of football."

Meanwhile, Roman Abramovich is reported to have perfected plans to replace Conte at the end of the season. Conte recently signed an improved contract with Chelsea although the contract failed to extend his stay at the club beyond 2019.

The Italian who as repeatedly expressed his desire to return to Italy had blamed the club for failing to sign the players he requested for. He is expected to enjoy significant respite following the return of N'golo Kante from injury.
