The National Judicial Council (NJC) on Wednesday decided the fate of embattled Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen who was suspended by President Muhammadu Buhari following allegations of non-declaration of assets.

A Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja, Wednesday, has fixed May 13 for the determination of whether or not it would order the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to investigate and prosecute the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC and two-term former Governor of Edo State, Adams Oshiomhole, on allegations of official corruption.

In what appears to be a breathtaking revelation, the Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr Ibrahim Magu has revealed that about N1.3 trillion was misappropriated by thirty-two (32) persons between 2011 and 201, a period in which Nigeria's former, Goodluck Jonathan leader of the country.
