The Federal High Court on Monday in Abuja terminated the charges filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against the late former Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh.

Some unknown gunmen, on Saturday, shot and killed three soldiers in the Obonoma community in the Akuku-Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State.
