The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) says it will review certain service fees with effect from August 1. This was made known in a statement issued on Tuesday by the Commission’s management, adding that it was aimed at improving service delivery, enhance efficiency, and adapt to current economic conditions.

The statement reads in part as follows, “The Commission wishes to inform the General Public, Esteemed Customers, and all Stakeholders that in the continued efforts to improve its service quality and delivery, it has become necessary to review certain service fees effective the 1st day of August, 2025.

“This decision follows the careful consideration of prevailing economic realities, rising operational costs as well as engagement of critical Stakeholders ahead of implementation.

“The review of fees is crucial to ensuring that the Commission continues to provide prompt, efficient, and technology-driven services that meet the expectations of its Stakeholders for the benefit of the Nigerian Economy.”
